Chef professionista dal 2007 con esperienze nel mondo della ristorazione e hotellerie, dal 2020 lavoro attivamente al servizio di famiglie ed eventi come personal chef, dove il cliente è veramente al centro di tutto. Ogni menu è personalizzato per il massimo comfort, il mio percorso di studi è continuato con una laurea in scienze gastronomiche mediterranee ed ora con una magistrale in nutrizione umana, per permettermi di gestire anche casi di alimentazione particolari.

A professional chef since 2007, with experience in the restaurant and hotel industries, since 2020 I've been actively serving families and events as a personal chef, where the customer is truly at the center of everything. Each menu is customized for maximum comfort. I continued my studies with a degree in Mediterranean Gastronomic Sciences and now with a Master's in Human Nutrition, allowing me to also manage special dietary needs.
